New Delhi, Aug 20 (IANS) The national capital has recorded its first swine flu deaths with a 31-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman succumbing to the H1N1 influenza virus, hospital authorities said Thursday.
Will the new guidelines issued by the Centre on screening and testing of H1N1 patients derail Delhi's successful swine flu containment strategy? Highly placed sources in the city's health department seem to think so and say the new guidelines could hamper the city's efforts in tracking suspected cases.
The following hospitals in Delhi are designated by the government of India for collecting blood samples and treating patients suffering from
swine flu. They are also admitting the cases.
